Halde is the new solo project by cofounder and singer of Montreal based indie pop band Groenland. Between 2013 and 2018, Groenland stood out with almost 3 millions views on their Youtube channel, more than 33 000 albums sold and sold out venues in Quebec and Europe. After the band’s success, Sabrina takes a step back to reassess and go through a long transformation triggered by the losses in her life. She moves into a little cottage in Chertsey to heal, create and reinvent herself. 

Halde released her first solo album ‘The Flow’ back in September 2022. The title refers to taking concrete measures to slow down and make some space in our life to listen, reflect, integrate, heal, take care of ourselves and act from a place of real intention and love. While she adds an electro edge to her sound, she maintains her indie pop style, with catchy melodies and engaging rhythms. She shares her soulful music in the hope it inspires anyone on the path of healing or self discovery.
